Kiszla: Hillis hurting McDaniels’ IQ

Posted by Uncle Rico 6:15 PM EST

As the Denver Broncos struggle mightliy to run the ball, The Denver Post’s Mark Kiszla believes that 50 points should be deducted from Josh McDaniels IQ for trading Peyton Hillis to Cleveland. Through the first quarter of the season, Hillis has rushed for 322 yards and 4 touchdowns on 66 carries (4.9 yards per carry) while gaining another 100 yards on receptions. The question is, should the 50 points be deducted from: (a) Josh McDaniels actual IQ, or (b) the IQ the head coach thinks he has?

Certainly, picking a public fight with well respected Tennessee Titans head coach Jeff Fisher doesn’t suggest that McDaniels’ intelligence quotient is even 50 to begin with. McDaniels must learn to deliver this type of message in private, or, better yet, just move on after winning the game. Amusingly, Fisher fired back at McDaniels and poked fun at the fact that the Titans were able to record 6 sacks vs. McDaniels’ new and improved offensive line!

McDaniels = WORST HEAD COACH HIRING DECISION EVER FOR A TEAM NOT NAMED THE OAKLAND RAIDERS

That’s fantastic. By the way, is Laurence Maroney the worst running back ever? I would rather have Selvin Young and Lord knows he was awful.
